仁人學社與香港故宮文化博物館合作，為首屆「香港故宮學生文化大使」計劃精心設計兩場工作坊，向超過100位文化大使注入以人為本的創新精神，重新思考不同訪客的導賞體驗。工作坊透過世界各地博物館創新案例及設計思維手法激發參與者思考，並應用創新工具擴闊想像，設計與別不同的導賞體驗。參與者以訪客的視角去審視導賞的方式及元素，感受富同理心的換位思考體驗。

在計劃尾聲，我們再次舉辦工作坊，與各文化大使回顧整個計劃的歷程、各自的成長和對未來的期望。我們也藉此了解他們參與這個計劃時的「痛點」與「需要」，從中得進一步了解改善這個計劃的不同可能性。各文化大使經歷約八個月的學習旅程，都變得更自信，也能有效地解說不同的資訊，帶領有趣的互動。

Education for Good collaborated with the Hong Kong Palace Museum for the first “Hong Kong Palace Museum Student Ambassador Programme”. Over 100 student ambassadors participated in our Innovation Workshop to equip themselves with the mindset and methodologies of human-centered innovation to reimagine the guided tour experience for visitors of the museum. Drawing inspiration from innovative cases from museums around the world and Design Thinking methodologies, participants were able to think beyond their imagination, designing new and unique guided tour experiences for the museum. With enhanced empathy for visitors, participants designed the guided tours from the perspective of visitors and collectively imagined how they can become user-centered guides themselves.

By the end of the program, we organized another Reflection and Reimagination Workshop to review the entire journey throughout the program with the student ambassadors, discussing the ambassadors’ personal growth and challenges throughout the program. We also took this opportunity to understand participants’ Pain Points and needs in the program through group discussion and in-depth interview in order to explore different possibilities for improving the program in the future.

As trainers, we are proud to see that after 8 months of learning, all of the student ambassadors have undergone huge transformations and become more confident and skilled in explaining information and leading engaging activities. We are grateful to be part of this meaningful program to empower young people who are interested in culture and art to explore the field and develop empathy!
