相關經驗:
我們的基本要求是應徵者必須至少有1年的創新工作經驗。你須從知識和分析中提供解困創新方案,為不同客戶創造市場價值。你可能曾經創業、或曾任創業公司核心成員、風險投資人、助理產品經理或營銷經理、什至曾提供創新解決方案的學生項目負責人。若以上都不是,應徵者必須有信心有能力快速學懂未來如何與核心團隊一同協助設計商業模式、客戶訪談及社會服務創新。我們首選能操流利粵語、普通話及英語人士。

要求:
1. 合作精神:你需要有能力與核心團隊一同指導和教導他人關於商業模式,並以創業精神激勵社群。
2. 情理兼備:您可以將故事和需求與實際數據結合,說服客戶願意為產品、服務和創業開闢一條新道路。
3. 多元強項:成功的應徵者須具備多於但不限於以下一種商業強項:市場營銷、產品開發、客戶發掘、商業運營、財務計算等。
4. 適應力強:你能夠與初創公司、非牟利組織和企業等不同團隊合作,並且對未知不感到恐懼。

Role summary:

Education for Good (EFG) helps organizations innovate with social values. EFG is a social innovation consultancy. We partner with companies and organizations to help nurture and scale social innovations. We focus on three areas: leveraging social innovation concept to co-create collaboration, using Lean Startup methodology to grow innovation teams and educating Design Thinking to understand unknown problems. We nurture people a cross-sector collaboration mindset, equip them with entrepreneurial skill sets and a sense of purpose. We believe that social innovation can be applied to any companies or organizations to tackle business and social challenges. We donate no less than 1/3 of our profit to foundations to support social entrepreneurship development. EFG is a certified B Corp. We are seeking an Associate Consultant to join us. We want someone who has a unique blend of real-world innovation experience and theory, someone who likes to blur the lines between reality and possibilities, who has a passion for bringing social innovation offerings and new ventures to market. You will begin as a core member of EFG teams and our expectation is that you would grow into an Innovation Consultant, responsible for orchestrating and delivering across all areas of a social innovation challenge.

Once you are here you will:

  • Collaborate with teams that create new services for new target segments.
  • Deliver Social Innovation, Lean Startup and Design Thinking workshops that build capacity for others while creating new opportunities for revenue.

  • Coaching startup teams that create compelling new value propositions.

Relevant experience:

Our basic requirement is that candidates must have at least 1 year of working experience. You should have demonstrable experience taking an idea from theory and analysis into a market launch. For instance, this could be as an entrepreneur, a core member of a startup, a venture capitalist, a product or marketing manager or a student project leader creating new solutions. Candidates must be adept at assisting in designing business models, customer interviews, and social service innovation. Professional fluency in both Cantonese, Mandarin Chinese and English is preferred. In addition:

  • You should have the ability to coach and teach others about business models and energize the community with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • You are able to combine human stories and needs with hard data to identify a compelling path forward for product, service and venture creation.
  • Successful candidates will combine rigorous business acumen with some of the following areas: Marketing, Product Development, Customer Discovery, Operations, Finance.
  • Ability to work in diverse work cultures across startup, NGOs and business and comfortable with nonhierarchical organizations.
  • The candidate will work with, learn from, and contribute to the social entrepreneurial community in Hong Kong
  • A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is helpful but not a requirement.
